Affiliate Timespan Report

You can review the Affiliate Timespan Report if you’d like to understand how many Affiliates are generating some level of activity (at least one click) for your program within a specific time-frame.

You can access the Affiliate Timespan report here.

This report will help you identify the Affiliates that are performing well for your program, as well as the Affiliates that may need some additional engagement/assistance.

 

It’s important to note that there may be Affiliates that are actively promoting your program that will not appear in this report if they didn’t generate at least one click during the specified time-frame.

 

By default, the following performance metrics will be displayed for each Affiliate in this report:

Clicks: This refers to the number of unique clicks on an Affiliate’s tracking links

Gross Sales: This refers the total dollar amount associated with the transactions that the Affiliate has generated for your program within the specified time-frame

Voids: This refers to the number of transactions that have been voided during the specified time-frame

Net Sales: This amount is calculated as Gross Sales minus Voids. So, the amount displayed under 'Net Sales' represents total sales after you've excluded voided transactions

Commissions: This refers to the total commissions that the Affiliate has earned for the specified time-frame

Conversion: This refers to the Affiliate’s conversion rate associated with your affiliate program for the specified time-frame

Average Order: This refers to the average order amount based on the transactions that the Affiliate has generated for your program within the specified time-frame

 

You can also click the ‘Column Manager' button (located above the report headers) to pull in additional data points, if necessary.

 

Lastly, you can view the Top 5 Affiliates in your program (based on a specific performance metric during the specified time-frame) at the top of the page. You can view your Top 5 Affiliates based on the below metrics:

  • Clicks

  • Commissions

  • Gross Sales

  • Net Sales

  • # of Transactions
