Several sections of your ShareASale Merchant account are compatible with HTML code. Any formatting, photos or branding that you would like added to your Program Bio, Recruitment URL, Auto Reply Emails, Recruitment Tool Invitation Templates, Newsletter or Affiliate Agreement will need to be done using html code.

Here are a few quick tips for implementing simple HTML code into your ShareASale account.

If you’re not familiar with HTML we’d also encourage you to look into using a different tool to create your HTML code. For example, https://www.canva.com/ is a great website that allows you to design any of these particular sections of your ShareASale account.

Once you have used the drag and drop technology of Canva, you can press the three dots in the top right corner of your Canva project. Select the “see all” option and then choose “embed”. Copy the HTML embedded code section and paste that code into the desired section of your ShareASale account. Preview the section in order to ensure that you approve of the way that the code has been implemented.
