You might see a few different statuses for your merchant programs. You can find those statuses in a few different places, on the Merchant Status Report and the Merchant Summary Report. You will want to be aware of the different statuses and keep that in mind when evaluating programs. The Merchant Status Report includes historical data and is a great report to reference.
Low Funds = The ShareASale Network Low Funds trigger point is $50. If a merchant account reaches a balance of $50 or less the account is flagged as “Low Funds”.
Temporarily Offline = When a merchant account reaches a balance of $0, the program is taken temporarily offline until funds are replenished. When an account is offline, affiliate links are disabled. You will want to remove links for programs that are offline or you can use our offline redirect to guide your viewers elsewhere.
Online = Once funds are added to a Merchant’s offline or low funds account, the program is marked as Online.
Merchants are in total control of their program statuses and if you ever have questions about their status, please direct those to merchants. You can reach merchants here.
