How to Update your Default Commission Rate

Your Default Commission Rate is the ‘base’ rate that your Affiliates will earn when they refer a sale for your affiliate program. You have the ability to change your program’s Default Commission Rate at any time by following these steps:

Go to MY ACCOUNT > Account Details

Click ‘Edit’ in the top right corner of the page (next to your current Sale/Lead Commission Rate)

Enter the appropriate rate and click ‘Update’ to save your changes

It’s important to note that when you change your program’s Default Commission Rate a notification will be sent to all of the approved Affiliates in your program. This allows your Affiliates to remain updated on program-wide changes that are taking place for your affiliate program.
